Astrid Woollard

Astrid is a Managing Partner at Scytale Ventures. Previously, she made her career in technology transfer and intellectual property management, where she gained extensive experience in identifying promising technology assets, translating them into viable business propositions, as well as establishing and running startups. She has worked for world-renowned institutions, such as Oxford University Innovation and the Institute of Science and Technology Austria, where she supported the foundation and development of its investment fund IST Cube. Her focus is intellectual property and business strategy, including regulatory affairs and data protection.
